The session was held in our school hall. Students from classes 3 to 10 took part in the celebration. The teachers of Primary and Secondary participated in this event and told the students the importance of Yoga and Physical Exercises in daily life.<br><br>Students performed standing and sitting asanas. Some teachers demonstrated and showed the children some simple and beginner asanas for about an hour. Other teachers helped the students in case they had trouble performing or understanding the postures. All students participated eagerly.
